In order to meet Aluminum PROTOTYPE request in global market, 101 prototype has introduced 12 sets new CNC machines and set up new branchs in Shenzhen.The new machines are five times efficiency than the old one with tight tolerance. Meanwhile, 101 prototype introduced 5 sets lathe, 12 sets milling machines, 3 sets EDM and 3 sets wire cut machines, which supported Aluminum PROTOTYPE machining greatly. We can machining different class Aluminum material in single block or welding as below :
Aluminum materials: AL6061(made in China), AL6061-T6 (made in USA), AL6063, AL7075, 5052 and etc..
